Kakao Tabla is a traditional Filipino chocolate tablet made from roasted cacao beans. These tablets are used to make hot chocolate drinks or chocolate rice porridge (champorado), staples in Filipino breakfast cuisine. Grate or chop the tablet and dissolve in hot water or milk for traditional hot chocolate. Add to rice porridge for champorado.
