Longkou Vermicelli are Chinese glass noodles made from mung bean starch. These transparent noodles are used in Asian stir-fries, soups, and Filipino pancit sotanghon. Soak noodles in warm water until soft, then add to stir-fries or soups. Popular in pancit sotanghon with vegetables, or in Filipino-style spring rolls. Net weight: 500g. Product of China.
